Account Manager - IAM Software

Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Our client is seeking an intermediate or senior, hands-on, technically savvy account manager responsible for selling identity and access management solutions to medium and large organizations. This individual must be comfortable selling to VP and C-level executives and articulating the value proposition of advanced technology.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Qualifying incoming inquiries.
  • Extensive Software Sales experience.
  • Technology savvy, eager to learn new technologies related both to Hitachi ID Systems solutions and sales tools.
  • Having established contacts at large "target" organizations would be an asset.
  • Strong team player, able to accept and adapt to management direction.
  • Clear and convincing verbal and written communication, in English.
  • Negotiating and managing deal-related agreements.
  • Delivering solution presentations describing IAM solutions, business value, etc.
  • Extensive sales prospecting (many successful calls/contacts per day).

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and behaviours: 

  • Undergraduate degree
  • High technology sales
  • Accounts software knowledge
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Prospecting skills
  • C-level negotiations
  • High energy level
  • Prospecting for new clients
  • Sales lead followup
  • Experience in Information Technology sales
