Temporary Administrative Assistant

Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada

  • Answering & fielding telephone calls & correspondence appropriately
  • Entering data into database
  • Arranging appointments & booking meetings
  • Maintaining filing
  • Other duties as required

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and behaviours:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with access to a reliable vehicle
  • Intermediate to senior MS Office software skills
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Able to work with multiple projects with fluctuating work volumes
  • Good organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail & accuracy
  • Post-secondary education will be considered an asset
