Non-Resident Customer Service Representative

Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada

We are seeking a strongly customer-focused individual with experience handling sensitive or confidential matters and a ceaselessly positive attitude to join our Calgary team as a Non-Resident Customer Service Representative. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Ability to maneuver or lift up to 10kg with the proper equipment.
  • Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting.
  • Displays a high level of initiative and commitment to success
  • Ability to remain calm and in control of a situation while still maintaining patience, empathy and understanding.
  • Dedicated to building better communities for all our Customers and surrounding communities.
  • 2 years Customer Service Experience preferred.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the Area Coordinator.
  • Touch-up painting as required.
  • Snow removal as needed.
  • Ensure proper and accurate inventory management.
  • Ensure contractors arrive as per scheduled timelines and complete their work as pre conditions of the contract.
  • Administrative duties including processing paperwork for site and other Associates.
  • Prepare and deliver bank deposits.
  • Annual suite inspections.
  • Ensure all rental enquires are answered within the guidelines provided.
  • Lease and show suites.
  • Inspections of vacant and upcoming suites.
  • Ensure vacancy is within guidelines for each site (minimized) by effective service to potential and existing customers.
  • Collect rent and follow up on defaults.
  • Ensure daily communication with all site Associates.
  • Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and behaviours: 

  • Minimum two years of customer service experience with proven commitment to customer service
