Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

~Answering & directing calls in a professional manner

~Greeting & welcoming visitors & clients

~Managing & maintaining a presentable reception area

~Administrative duties such as supplies management, correspondence, machine vendor maintenance, new employee phone & system set up, boardroom scheduling & maintenance

~ordering catering

~Clerical duties such as faxing, photocopying, mail, couriers, & creating labels

~Recording & inputting meeting minutes

~Other duties as assigned


The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and behaviors:

~At least 2 years of previous Reception experience

~Intermediate MS Office skills

~Friendly, outgoing, & professional personality

~Strong attention to detail

~Pleasant phone manner

~Professional appearance

~Strong communication skills

~Punctual & reliable

~Can-do attitude

~Ability to effectively manage workflow pressures
