Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

~ Providing secretarial support to Executive Assistant and Office Manager

~ Scheduling & preparing meetings, recording and distributing agenda's & minutes, & confirmation of attendance

~ Providing back up to Reception

~ Organizing annual functions/conferences

~ Maintaining & ordering office supplies, & arranging service calls

~ Maintaining directories & updating contact lists

~ Calendar management

~ Planning and coordinating team events and other offsite events

~ Management of travel bookings

~ Miscellaneous filing and reporting

~ Clerical duties such as filing, courier, photocopying, correspondence

~ Other administrative duties as required


The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and behaviors:

~ 3+ years experience in a previous Administrative role

~ Administrative diploma or other post secondary education is an asset

~ Intermediate to senior MS Office software skills

~ Professional & mature disposition

~ Organized & detail oriented

~ Well developed oral, written, & verbal communication skills

~ Proactive problem solving approach

~ Ability to prioritize and deal with changing needs

~ Team oriented
