If you are an experienced chef or sous chef with an innovative bent and the willingness to lead, one of Canada’s Top Employers is looking for you. We are seeking Chefs and high-level Sous Chefs to help lead our expanding markets in Alberta.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

·                                 Customer service

·                                 Accountability of team

·                                 Coaching and development of team members

·                                 Purchasing

·                                 Scheduling of line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers

·                                 Inventory management

·                                 Hiring/recruiting new staff

·                                 Day to day operations of the kitchen

The successful candidates will possess the following qualifications and behaviours: 

·                                 Red Seal training (or working towards it)

·                                 Any degree or certificate will be considered an asset

·                                 Business analysis planning and monitoring

·                                 Creative coaching

·                                 Crew scheduling 

·                                 Entrepreneurship

·                                 Innovativeness

·                                 Inventory analysis and management

·                                 Mentoring of staff

·                                 New restaurant openings

·                                 Purchasing

·                                 Restaurant management
