Office Administration (Temp)

Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

We are looking for a new wave of superior talent for temporary and contract opportunites in the Edmonton area.

Previous experience in Reception 

 3+ years of experience in Business / Office Administration

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Excel, and Word

Polished and professional demeanor

Extremely punctual and reliable



Answering and directing calls using various types of systems

Greeting guests

Managing and maintaining reception area

Administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, correspondence, board room scheduling and maintenance

Order Catering

Clerical duties such as photocopying, mail, couriers, filing, data entry

Recording and inputting meeting minutes

Other Duties as assigned

Customer service, phone, enquiries, complaints, services and policies

Receive account payments, customer orders, Explain services offered, Provide information, concerning goods, services, schedules, rates, regulations and policies

Multiline telephone systems, Call recording systems, Microsoft Outlook

Sales and Marketing English Language, Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, operation of telecommunications systems.

Speaking, Persuasion, Active Listening, Service Orientation, Oral Expression, Oral Comprehension, Speech Clarity, Typewriter.

$17/hr+ DOE
