We are seeking an innovative full cycle Recruiter. Someone who possesses strong Business Development, communication and interpersonal skills, and the desire to be successful. This position is located in Calgary, AB.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • New Business Development :Prospect for new clients by networking, and making cold calls and any other means of generating interests from other potential clients.
  • Thorough knowledge and effective usage of Social Media (twitter, facebook, instagram, Linked In, Indeed) to connect and promote Friday services and opportunities
  • Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that can generate an increase of clients
  • Develop rapport with new and existing clients and set targets for sales
  • Provide support that will continually improve customer and client relationships.
  • Cold call as appropriate to ensure robust pipeline opportunities, leveraging your network
  • Report to the Director of Business development on potential business opportunities you obtain, setting up meetings with client decision makers
  • Establish customer contact lists and provide satisfactory reporting
  • Ensuring growth and retaining existing clients by strategic planning for solutions and services to customers Present new ideas and services and enhance existing relationships. 

RECRUITMENT: The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruitment solutions including sourcing, assessing, interviewing partnering with business stakeholder to build and deliver full cycle recruitment solutions

  • Proactively source talent through multiple channels and create a talent pipeline
  • Develop position-specific sourcing strategies to attract top talent for all levels
  • Play a key role in evaluating and enhancing recruitment strategy, policies and practices
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates
  • Ensure recruiting and hiring practices are in compliance with Provincial and Federal government regulations.


  • University Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration or industry related experience
  • 2 years recruitment experience is required
  • Proven Business Development capabilities  
  • Exceptional attention to details, sound-judgment and out of the box thinking.
  • Entrepreneurial with strong organizational skills, ability to effectively multi-task and project management.
  • Experience working with ATS systems 
  • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Adaptable and able to respond to urgent requests and changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with strong negotiation skills.
