Intermediate Office Admin Assistant

Our client is currently seeking an Intermediate Office Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate MUST have FileMaker Pro skills.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide support and troubleshoot issues with FileMaker Pro
  • Data entry
  • Establish, change and create policies, procedures and manuals
  • Format and create documents in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Document Control
  • Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, payroll support duties
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and behaviors:

  • Strong working knowledge of FileMaker Pro
  • A diploma or certificate in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on several tasks as required
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance and manage multiple time sensitive tasks simultaneously
  • 2-3 years related experience
  • Driven with a go–getter attitude
  • The ability to work in a small team

Salary: $50,000-$60,000/year
