Intermediate Office Administrator (Interest in Accounts Receivable/Payable A/R & A/P)

Our client is currently seeking an intermediate Office Administrator. The suitable candidate will have some accounts payable/receivable and database management experience.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Data entry;
  • Establish, change and create policies, procedures and manuals;
  • Format and create documents in Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • Document Control;
  • Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, payroll support duties;
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and behaviors:

  • A diploma or certificate in Business Administration or related field;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on several tasks as required;
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance and manage multiple time sensitive tasks simultaneously;
  • 1-3 years related experience;
  • Driven with a go–getter attitude;
  • The ability to work in a small team.

All applicants will be subjected to employment testing.

Salary: $40,000-$50,000/year
