Health Centre Office Manager/Administrative Assistant (25 to 30 Hours/Week)

Location: Calgary, AB, Canada

Our client; a Calgary based Health Centre, seeks an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant. Our client XLB has been at the forefront of all the new advanced techniques in Chiropractic and wellness care. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Principal. This is a permananet part time position (25 to 30/week).

Responsibilities:

  • HR - Recruit and/or terminate staff as required;
  • Manage day-to-day operations;
  • Manage reception and support office admin team;
  • Some reception may be required;
  • Set work schedule;
  • Reconciliations and interactions with insurance providers;
  • Order supplies and research for best pricing options;
  • Provide timely feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years office management experience;
  • Intermediate to senior level Microsoft Office skills;
  • Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask;
  • Born leader and excellent team player;
  • Excellent time-management and communication skills.
