Technical Customer Service Representative

Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Our client is looking for a Technical CSR to start immediately.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Responding to phone and fax inquiries from contractors, consultants, and customers to provide technical information for finished products.
  • Calculating prices and sending quotations to contractors, consultants, and customers based on company marketing principles; and
  • Proactively tracking tender results by contacting purchasing departments, consultants, and contractors to follow up on opportunities to maximize overall sales performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma; College Diploma (technical discipline) an asset
  • Previous industry experience in similar products and services an asset
  • Previous experience as a Sales/Customer Service Representative an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel; AutoCAD and SAP an asset
  • Own vehicle and valid driver license
