Steve Mix

Steve Mix is Vice President, Sales & Recruitment at Friday Professional Group. His work sits between employers, recruiters and people trying to make their next move. He helps define hiring needs, develop candidate strategy, prepare people for interviews and translate recurring hiring lessons into tools others can use.
Steve also leads practical workshops on AI in the job search and what hiring teams actually see. He helped develop the Friday Career Strategy System to give individuals and career organizations an evidence-first alternative to generic resume advice.
